Advocate Christ Medical Center
Respiratory Care Technician

Oak Lawn, Illinois

There's never been a better time to join Advocate Christ Medical Center. Being one of a handful of hospitals in Illinois to receive Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program, coupled with our increase of licensed beds, means more opportunities to grow, learn, achieve, and most importantly, share your skills with others who share your commitment.

At Advocate Christ Medical Center, you'll find a 695-bed, not-for-profit teaching, research, and referral medical center that continues to set new standards of excellence for the world. Our people are among the very best at what they do-regardless of their area of expertise.

We're a recognized leader in cardiology, pediatrics, surgical services, oncology, women's services, and emergency medicine. Based on admissions, we're the largest private hospital in Illinois. Christ Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center and a Level III Prenatal Center-both the highest designations-and home to Advocate Hope Children's Hospital, the only freestanding children's hospital serving the south and southwest Chicagoland area communities.

If you're looking to challenge your skills and provide the best care possible, then Christ Medical Center and Hope Children's Hospital is for you.

We're focused on the future of health care.
Working together there's no telling what we'll accomplish.

Magnet Designation for excellence in nursing is a true tribute to every member of our team. Our ability to work together has helped us accomplish what few others have. Fact is, each year we learn more, do more, and achieve more than we ever thought possible. And now others are seeing that as well.
As a Level I trauma center and a Level III prenatal center, we handle the most challenging cases in health care. And as a nationally recognized teaching hospital, we provide clinical education to an estimated 1,600 medical and nursing students annually.

Needless to say, our facilities and technologies are among the best in the world. But it's more than that. It's a willingness to share new ideas, embrace change, and explore what's next. That's what defines us. That's what helped us achieve Magnet status. And that's why people choose to build a career here.
Behind the awards and the recognition, there's someone like you.

Our culture is designed to support your needs as a professional-and as a person. You want to advance your skills. We want to help make it happen. You want to balance family and life commitments. We'll work with you every step of the way. You have ideas about how we can do things better. We're ready to listen. After all, professionals like you make us who we are today.
