Willamette Falls Hospital
It's not uncommon for nurses to spend their entire careers as part of our family.
In an age of hospital mergers and large health care systems, Willamette Falls Hospital remains true to its roots as a not-for-profit, independent community hospital. Our employees represent a caring, highly skilled workforce dedicated to making our community a better, healthier place to live. Many have chosen to spend the better part of their careers here as members of the Willamette Falls family. They support our core values of Compassion, Quality, Family, Integrity, and Service.
We offer a variety of exciting positions on our nursing staff, excellent benefits, and options for professional training and skill building.

Our Community
Set on a hill overlooking Oregon City (pop. 30,000), Willamette Falls Hospital is easily accessible to most residents of fast growing Clackamas County. The city, located at the confluence of the Willamette and Clackamas Rivers, offers striking vistas of the Cascade Mountains and the broad Willamette Falls. Oregon City is the oldest town in the Northwest, founded in 1842 at the end of the historic Oregon Trail. With its rich history and natural beauty, the county has become a hub for economic growth and development, bridging Portland’s dynamic metro area and the rural environment of the Willamette Valley. The city boasts the Museum of the Oregon Territory, the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, and McLoughlin House National Historic Site.
The stunning beauty of the Pacific coast is just a scenic 1-1/2 hour drive east and world-class skiing can be found on the slopes of Mt. Hood, traveling the same distance west. Year-round outdoor recreation is abundant, from hiking and camping to kayaking and white-water rafting. Portland, the vibrant City of Roses, is a short 20-minute commute. Portland International Airport, only 17 miles north, offers direct flights to a host of US and Asian destinations.
Willamette Falls Hospital is proud to serve the expanding population of Clackamas County. We continue to grow along with our community and welcome new staff members to help provide residents with exceptional care…close to home.
