Scripps Mercy Hospital is the longest operating hospital in San Diego, California. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy, back in 1890, Scripps Mercy Hospital is also the only Catholic hospital in San Diego. Scripps Mercy Hospital is a 520-bed acute care medical facility.
