Based on a full-time schedule of 80 hours per pay period, employees receive: 21 days per year for 0 to <5 years of service; 26 days per year for 5 to <10 years of service; 31 days per year for 10+ years of service.
401K Pension Plan – using American Funds’ mutual funds. The plan allows for employee contribution as well as employer profit-sharing and matching contributions. Employees may enroll and/or change the level of their contributions quarterly. The plan features an ‘automatic’ employee enrollment of 4% of employee earnings, unless the employee ops-out, effective January 1. The vesting schedule is 3 service years for both the employer profit sharing contributions and matching contributions.
Professional Development Program – incorporates education dollars for employees to attend classes and seminars, prepare for promotional opportunities and pursue healthcare-related careers.
