Description:	Licensed Clinical Social Workers, to perform services within the Continental United States (CONUS) as part of the Army wide Behavioral Health (BH) support of Soldiers and Families at CBHCO.

Location:	One position available at each location. Army medical clinics located in Boston, MA Various Stone Arsenal, AL Redstone Arsenal, AL Little Rock, AR Salt Lake, UT Virginia Beach, VA Rock Island, IL Orlando, FL Sacramento, CA Puerto Rico Korea

Contractor shall provide clinical assessments, treatment, case management referral, and education according to their professional discipline, Army Medical Department standards, and the DOD directed Post-Deployment Health Evaluation and Management (PDH-CPG). The contractor shall provide these services as part of the multidisciplinary health care team to patients who are eligible beneficiaries of the Medical Health Care System.

Contract service providers will also provide BH screening, assessment, and direct care, specialty referral and longitudinal BH care management to deployed service members and their families with conditions and concerns related to their deployment.
