Interfaith Medical Center is a multi-center regional teaching medical care system which offers an extensive variety of gynecological, surgical, medical, pediatric, psychiatric, and dental and many more services all the way through Central Brooklyn, New York. The center administers a recently-modernized facility with 287 beds and ambulatory care network of 16 health centers stretching the Central Brooklyn regions of Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights. Every year Interfaith Medical Center provides services to more than 250,000 residents, representing each national, ethnic and racial origin assembled in Central Brooklyn with the preponderance of people being African- Americans and Caribbean-Americans.
