Located in Turlock, California the Emanuel Center has been developing a mission of providing family centered care to the community since 1917. The first building of the hospital could offer services just for 34 patients; nowadays the hospital has grown to a comprehensive medical campus, with a wide range of medical services, the latest technology equipments and the most comfortable and warmest environment.
Emanuel Medical Center provides services in Emergency, Diabetes, Imaging, Residential Care, Women's Health, Pediatric, and Surgical (fully equipped for major and minor surgeries in a wide range of specialties). Likewise, the Critical Care Services that provides treatment to the most life threatening illnesses and injuries; Birthing Center that offers a comfortable home-like atmosphere.
Also, Home Health Services helps to ensure that the physicians' plan of treatments is followed completely and professionally. The service includes patient training care-givers in the home, enternal nutrition therapy, blood drawing, psychosocial support for patients and families, diabetes education, physical, occupational and speech therapy.
In addition, the Emmanuel Medical Center offers Hospice Services, in where patients in the last phases of an incurable disease receive the cares they need and are helped to leave with dignity and a sense of fulfillment.
Finally the hospital offers Rehabilitation Services in Post Orthopedic Surgery Care, Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Dementia, Head Trauma, Hemotologic Conditions, Neurological, Neuromuscular and Pulmonary Disease, as well as, Physical Impairments, Trauma, Wound Care and Stroke.
