Seneca Healthcare District is a public general acute healthcare facility, which is given tax support of the State of California. The current hospital's structure began its functions in 1954. The major part of the original acute care structure is still employed nowadays; yet, it has been remodeled continuously.

Other services available are the 24 / 7 emergency and ambulance services; emergency staff transports by ground vehicles and aircrafts. They deliver advanced cardiac life support and other services.
