Spring Branch Medical Center is located in west Houston Texas; it is a 350-bed facility that provides cost effective care with the highest quality. This medical center has been working for this community for 45 years, offering inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and specialty services. Some of those services and specialties are bariatrics, imaging services, oncology, cardiovascular, such as, physical rehabilitation services, neuroservices, emergency department and Diabetes Program.
The bariatrics service offers a solution to the weight problems and its consequences (diabetes, sleep apnea, elevated cholesterol, urinary incontinence) by a gastric bypass surgery. This surgery is performed in patients with more than 100 pounds. The Cardiovascular department at The Spring Branch Medical Center offers the services of Cardiac Care Center and Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Critical Care and Intensive Care Units. All the services are provided by an expert group of physicians and specialists who have the goal of offering a pleasant stay and the total recovery of their patients.
