The Medina Community Hospital (MCH) placed on a 6.8 acre area in southeast Hondo, TX has been offering its services to the residents of the Medina County since the year 1964. The MCH is licensed by the Texas Department of Health and is classified as a Critical Access Hospital and a Sole Community Provider. This idea involves adding an area to house the MRI and CT scanner, also to improve the registration and admission area as well as renovating the emergency room and to add a medical office building.
