Presbyterian Hospital of Denton is a modern top quality hospital dedicated to serving complete health care services to people in the North Texas area. The new and expanded facilities of the hospital include the most advanced technology and 245 all-private rooms, which allow the institution to provide virtually all health care services to Denton?s growing population in a timely and efficient manner.
The hospital is a five-storied building that covers an area of approximately 272,500 square feet. Presbyterian Hospital of Denton has a 28 all-private bed Emergency Department that includes gynecology, cardiac obstetrics, special procedures, trauma, and general examination and observation. In addition, there are nine large surgical suites, two cardiac catheterization labs, a peripheral vascular lab exclusively designated for all other veins and arteries in the body, the most advanced imaging system, high-tech ultrasound units, magnetic resonance imagers, CT scanners, nuclear medicine cameras, procedure rooms, three endoscopy centers, and an education and community meeting space. Furthermore, the hospital includes two medical office buildings; the first, a four-story, 80,000 square-foot building already complete, and another Medical Office Building for independent medical office developments that is currently under construction.
