The Arlington Memorial Hospital (AMH) was built during the 1950?s when the residents of the community of Arlington raised $250,000 that was the down imbursement for the authentic hospital which contained 75 hospital beds. After that and for more than 40 decades the Arlington Memorial Hospital has continued growing and offering its services to the community of the town of Arlington, TX. The hospital has been changing especially in technology to offer better services, however, there is one thing that did not change and is expected not to change; that is the principles of dedication and commitment with the users.

The AMH is a complete service acute care medical unit that counts with 369 beds to provide their services to the community of Arlington and also the residents of the North Texas region. The hospital opened its doors in 1958 and since that date it had helped to the medical and health education requirements of the residents of the area. Nowadays, the hospital is supported with more than 550 physicians of medical staff, 330 volunteers and 1,900 dedicated employees. It also continues as a non profit hospital that is focused in providing compassionate health care, excellence and quality for the patients.
